Muckdogs

This was Cade's 2nd year of t-ball! He and his team had  a great season and came in 2nd place!! It is never dull watching these boys play ball! Here are some pictures from the tournament and the championship game! Our boys were so excited to get a trophy!

Cade was so serious this year!

After the game...so proud of my little Muckdog!!
What a crew!

Cade,
Mommy and Daddy are so proud of you! You have came a long way this year and really are getting the hang of playing ball. You became very aggressive at the end of the year and really paid attention! You played 3rd base all season and did a great job getting the ball across the field. Daddy helped coach your team and you were so excited!!

Cale is 2 and a One Night Getaway!

The car is loaded completely full of luggage and kids and we're off! For one night that is. Wow, the amount of packing that goes in to taking four kids, even for one night is crazy! During the end of June every year, Mark has a coaching clinic in Fayetteville. It is also all star week for the different high school sports. The bad thing is that now for Cale's first two years of life, it has landed on his birthday. Last year Mark drove to Ft Smith to meet us for dinner. This year, since everyone is a little older, we decided to go stay with Daddy. This is Cale watching Dora on the iPod! What a big boy! When we got to Fayetteville we went to Build A Bear. Cale and Ellie had never been! Cale built a dog and Ellie a bear. Ellie went first and Cale watched as she helped put the stuffing in her bear, gave it a heart, did all the "rituals" with the heart, putting it inside and watched the lady sew it up!! Then it was his turn....he didn't want to step on the peddle to stuff his doggie (auggie) so the lady did it for him. I helped him grab a heart in which the lady tried to just take from him to stick inside. She was going to skip all the, rub the heart on your head so your doggie always knows who you are, rub the heart on your heart so your doggie will always love you etc.....when she went to take it from him though, he started rubbing it on his head! Me, Mark and the lady just died laughing!! So she went through everything with him and he had a great time!!! He and Ellie then washed their animals and picked them out some clothes. Callie and Cade brought along their build a bears and each got a new outfit! It was a great time!! Sadly though, not a single picture. That evening we let the kids swim in the indoor pool, went to dinner at Powerhouse and had a late night run to Shake's frozen custard! Yummy! Then we all crashed! Here is a picture of the Birthday BOY on his 2nd Birthday!

Here he is with his bwantie (blankie), sippie cup and Auggie!!

Then it was time to hurry back home for Cade's ballgame!
Quick picture before we left for the game!
One exhausted mommy after two days of nonstop running! But isn't Cale cute here?
What Birthday would be complete without a cake! We love Cookie Co Cakes! This is right up Cale's alley! He loves anything that has to do with tractors and cows!
He wanted to eat the cow!
Cade digging in!
Ellie thought it was yummy! I love her face here!
Callie Grace eating the piggy!
and as always..the challenge of getting a picture of all four kids together! It is funny to look at all their different expressions!

CALE AARON
At 2 years old you are...
A complete sweetheart! You love to cuddle. You carry a St. Louis Cardinals blanket that is silky on one side. You call it your "Bwantie" You love nap time!!! You usually take a 2 hour nap around noon. You love tractors and cows! Your favorite TV show is Dora. You love to sing songs. ABC's, Twinkle Twinkle, certain Dora songs and Taylor Swift songs that Callie listens to! You are all boy! You run, jump and bounce everywhere you go! You aren't completely potty trained but do go to the potty successfully often. You really don't like toys. You do love to play outside! You have been a pretty good boy at the older kids' ballgames as long as Nanny brings you your Gatorade to drink! Your blue eyes light up the room. You love to swim. Our first swim this year you were a little gun shy, but you quickly got over that and start screaming "WATER" as soon as we pull up at Uncle David and Aunt Mara's house! I could go on and on! Just know you are loved my sweet little man!

Just a Swimmin'

Well, what is better than going swimming on a hot summer day?? Today we went and got my nephew Dylan and went for a swim! I love the expression on his face here! He was so excited to be in the pool sporting these yellow goggles! We did a little swimmin' and then the kids found something to play with....
Cale doesn't like to stay in his floaty this year..but, he also does not want to be assisted. If he could only swim!! Silly goose! Here is daddy helping him out a bit!
Here is Ellie kicking away! She keeps her booty above water =)
Cade getting out to go jump in!
Callie was with us too..she just spent all her time in the deep end..I am sad I didn't get a picture of her! This became quite the distraction though.............
Look closely at Cale's floaty and you can see why he is so excited! Daddy found a frog and it quickly became a play toy! Haha..Dylan and Cale really thought this was the neatest thing ever! I was a little grossed out but hey, gotta let them be boys!
Dylan is going in for the catch!! Such a fun day!

Memorial Day

Callie and Cade were both staying the night with friends so Mark and I decided to take the little ones out for a drive. We really have some beautiful places really close to our home! This was Ellie and Cale's first trip to Jack Creek. We didn't swim..just took them to look, and Daddy let them throw a few rocks in the water! Just going to post some pics and call it quits!

God is Good!

Today was Callie's last day of school. My first child is now finished with 3rd grade and moving on to 4th grade. I am still in awe as to how fast the time is moving. I know that Callie will be grown and gone way too soon. All I can do is enjoy and make the most out of the time I am given with my babies!

Callie on her last day of school! She normally dressed a lot better. She asked if she could wear "comfy" clothes though and I couldn't turn her down!

Callie Grace---you are such a sweetheart. You love to design dresses and clothes on paper! (and you are pretty good at it!) you just might become a fashion designer! You also love to paint your nails and toe nails. You are so good at painting tips on your nails (people always think we have had it done in a salon!) You are a great girl for Ellie to be looking up to. She wants to be just like you! You love puppy dogs and I often times catch you looking at pictures of puppies on the internet. This year in softball you have done SO well! You are playing short stop and really hitting the ball great! You also go to tumbling class in Greenwood once a week. You have gotten so much stronger going to this place and you can tumble like crazy. We love you so much Callie! I pray you keep your sweet sweet spirit!!!

After we got out of tumbling and got back in to town, there was a surprise waiting for us. We actually saw it coming across the mountain, but it stayed long enough for me to get a picture when we got back home.

If you look close enough, you can see that there are 2 rainbows!! God is so good and this is just a HUGE reminder of His promise!!!

The kids asked if they could take their shoes off and splash around in this puddle so we let them. Mark asked me to get a picture of all their feet lined up! This was not so easy! Mark actually had to hold Cale in his place because he didn't want to be still! Left to right is; Ellie, Callie, Cade and then Cale!!

Time flies!!!

My how time flies!! This picture was taken the morning before your LAST day of Kindergarten! My second baby has now graduated from Kindergarten! I can hardly believe it. Seems like yesterday, I was getting him ready for his first day!

I know this isn't a very good picture! But, Cade..when you are nervous you put your hands in your pockets and make funny faces! I love it!

You are so proud! And so are we!!!!

Cade and Ellie with Nanna and Papa!

Cade with his Nanny and Pa!

Cade and Grandma!!

Brother and Sisterly love!

Cade and his Principal, Mr. Dyer.

That's more like it!!

Cade and Momma! Nanny took this and it's a little over exposed! Oh well though..it's still sweet. Daddy couldn't make it =( He was at their spring football game.

Cade and Mrs. Austin, his very first teacher. He loved her and I'm pretty sure the feeling was mutual!

Sweet Cade!

On top of the school sign

A treat for after =)

Cade, you have grown up so much in this short year! I can not believe how much you have learned and how much you have grown. You love to read!! I never really thought you would care for it but you really do love it! You are still a snuggle bug and have such a soft heart! You really like the girls, which kind of worries Momma! Haha. I love you Cade Cambryn Smith!!! Congratulations baby!

Here are some pictures from your very first Peanut Patch Olympics also! You loved scooting around on the scooters.

Scootin' on your belly!

This is an action photo! This game was fun too. The kids ran to the center to grab stuffed animals to carry back to place in center of hula hoop. The team that collected the most won!!

I added tons of pictures to this post! But couldn't resist!
